It's very well done.

A bit of critique, your anatomy could use a little work. The abs could be smaller and tighter, and maybe shorten up his torso a little.
I'm still learning anatomy myself, but that's what I see. You could even have someone red-line it for you at [link]
to see where you could make it better.
